Do you only work with small hospice compaines?
We work best with companies that are small enough that they have decision-making abilities when it comes to their website and digital assets. In most cases, we will need access to your website domain, email accounts and permission to set up several third-party services on your behalf. The larger the organization, the harder it is sometimes to accomplish some of these tasks.
Do you work with client's who compete for referrals in the same service area?
No. We are very careful not to work with more than one client within a specific service area.
I already have a website, do I need a new one?
Yes. If you work with us, we will need to build a new website for your organization. Depending on the size of the website, this process usually takes four to six weeks. If you like the look of your current website, we can make it look identical, but the website framework underneath (code you cannot see) will need to be rebuilt to be the most favorable for search engines to find. There are also several tools and features that will have to be installed to track user activity and to properly work with your custom, interactive booklets.
Are there any up front costs for your services?
No. We just need a signed Business Associate Agreement and your permission to get things started. We also need someone within your organization that we can work with to ask questions and to gain access to various things in a timely fashion. Our services are billed monthly. Your first payment is initiated once your new website is approved and published.
How long will it be until I start seeing new hospice leads?
It generally takes about four to six weeks to get everything setup and running. After your new website is created, resources and tracking have been set up and published, you should see a significant increase in your website traffic and online leads around the three month mark. We ask for you to stick with us for a minimum of six months to see the most impact from our services.
What is your cancelation policy?
There is no contract for our services and you can cancel at anytime. In the event you cancel services with us, the best part is you still get to keep your new website. Some hospice resources, content and services that are licensed and paid for on your behalf will be removed but the main structure and your personal content will still remain. We don't like to say goodbye, but we will work to help make any transition to a new marketing agency or service provider as smooth as possible. If you just decide you want to do things on your own, we can help you with that transition as well. We want you to be successful! We're good people! Promise, we won't leave you hanging.
